Or does the hospital just prepare it for me or ask me about it? I heard some places charge an extra fee if you request the CD. How much extra should I expect? Has anyone recently gone around for revision surgery consultations? Even if it wasn’t the same hospital, could you tell me how it went and how you got the ultrasound at each hospital? ㅠㅠ
