It had been over 15 years since I had breast surgery, and I wanted revision surgery, so I looked into it and went for a consultation after watching YouTube.
They said revision patients must always have their implants checked first before surgery, so they examined them by touch first. The doctor had a slightly uneasy expression and asked when I last had my implants checked. I had never had a separate checkup after the surgery.. so when I said I hadn’t,
they said one side seemed like it had ruptured and that we should check it with ultrasound, so I had an ultrasound, and the implant on the side they mentioned really was ruptured.. It was honestly amazing ㄷㄷ;; I had no idea at all.. ㅠ It could have been a serious problem ㅠㅠ They said when a ruptured implant is found after a long time without checkups, it is hard to estimate when it happened, so it would be best to have surgery as soon as possible. I scheduled it as quickly as I could and had the surgery.
They said if the ruptured implant gel breaks through the capsule and comes out, the surgery becomes really difficult, so I was very worried, but thankfully it had stayed only inside the capsule, and they told me it had been completely and cleanly removed, so really.. I felt like I narrowly escaped something serious.
While I was at it, I increased the size just a little too ㅎㅎ Before surgery, the shape of my cleavage was a bit asymmetrical, one upper breast was more protruding, and there were some odd parts, but after the revision, the symmetry was corrected!! ㅎㅎ I had Sebbin Sublimity 260 cc implants placed.
Now that it has been about 2 weeks, the breast tissue has softened and the feel has become really soft and squishy. It looks more natural than before surgery ㅎㅎ
I think the director’s aesthetic sense is no joke ㅎㅎ They said revision surgery would definitely be less painful, and it hurt a bit for about a day, but after that I was really completely fine ㅎㅎ
After finding out the implant had ruptured, I felt extremely anxious, but the surgery was done neatly and beautifully, recovery has been very fast, and everything feels like it is going smoothly, so I feel like maybe things I do next year will go really well too!!
Thank you to the director who immediately caught the implant rupture and gave me beautiful breasts, and to the staff who responded kindly with smiles!!
