I went because I heard they make it look natural, but even now I still look like Pinocchio. It’s extremely pointy and the nasal tip is lifted. It’s already been 1 year, but it’s still the same.. Other hospitals said I didn’t need ear cartilage, and here too they said I probably wouldn’t need it and that they’d only use it if absolutely necessary, but maybe it’s because they used that.. It turned into a witch-like nose. When I take photos, it’s seriously not an exaggeration to say only my nose stands out.. I need revision surgery, but I don’t want to do it here, and I can’t because of time + money.. If you want a really dramatic! pointy! witch nose, do it here, but if not, don’t. I seriously want to stop people
