Even when I made a reservation and went, I strongly felt like they deliberately made me wait. When I went, the people coming in for consultations were mostly in a somewhat older age group. The clinic atmosphere felt a bit old-fashioned. I wanted to go for a consultation because they said they do CT scans, and although they did take the scan, there was no discussion at all about the scan images. Instead, they showed me a patent certificate and explained their cartilage injection procedure. Rather than the patent certificate, I think it would have been better if they had consulted me about rhinoplasty suited to my nose and face shape. They showed me scenes from past surgeries they had performed, and it traumatized me. Also, I do not know whether they received consent, but they showed photos taken on the operating table and the patients' faces. I really disliked that part.
