Even if you make a reservation and go, I strongly got the feeling that they intentionally make you wait. When I went, the age range of the people mainly coming for consultations was a bit high. The hospital atmosphere felt a bit old-fashioned. I wanted to go for a consultation because they said they do a CT scan, and although they did the scan, there was no discussion at all about the scan images. Instead, they showed me a patent certificate and explained the cartilage injection procedure. Rather than the patent certificate, I would have preferred a consultation about rhinoplasty suited to my nose and face shape. They showed me scenes from past surgeries they had performed, and it traumatized me. And I don’t know whether they had received consent, but they showed photos taken on the operating table and patients’ faces. That part was really not good.
