It was a long time ago, so I don't remember well, but I paid a consultation fee, talked with the consultation manager, and then went in to talk with the director.
I understand why it's famous and why many people go there, but regardless of whether the currently trendy nose shape that people want suits each person's face, it felt exactly like a factory-style clinic that focuses on making the nose pretty and gives an estimate based on that.
