For the nasal tip, they used septal cartilage and donated costal cartilage I was told they would use it if my septal cartilage was insufficient. I guess it really was insufficient I had been worried about what would happen because of my deviated septum (I also had functional nose surgery, so no worries)
When you look up posts about functional nose surgery, a lot of people wonder how much reimbursement others got I’ll tell you clearly I got about 1 million won reimbursed (based on 2 functional procedures)
Also, my skin is thick and doesn’t stretch well, so they said I’d need nostril reduction for it to look slimmer So I was like, okay.. please do it.. lol

I remember saying, Please make sure it doesn’t look pinched and then closing my eyes.. lol Now that the swelling has gone down, I think it turned out well. I’m pretty satisfied.
Once you get through taking out the cotton and removing the splint, well.. After that, you just have to walk a ton. You’ll visibly see the swelling go down fast You just need to be careful for those few days when you start doubting everything
