I’ll tell you about my current nose condition first^^.. I had surgery 8 years ago using silicone and ear cartilage Maybe my skin has gotten slightly thinner, because there’s some show-through and my nasal tip has drooped a little too I also wanted to refine the line into a cleaner semi-straight line, so I started looking into clinics Places I had consultations Top Class There was no consultation fee. They didn’t do photos or CT or anything.. and we went straight into the consultation. I didn’t request a specific director, so they said they’d guide me to a director who is confident with noses The consultant was kind, and the director listened to what I wanted without forcing anything and diagnosed everything quickly They checked the line while drawing. They seemed to pursue a more glamorous line For the show-through, they suggested using dermis, and for the nasal tip, donated costal cartilage (for dermis, autologous or artificial dermis both okay). General anesthesia The price was on the higher side Banana No consultation or CT fee, and they took photos too before consultation The consultant was somewhat bright, and the director had a calm, steady energy and a composed way of speaking. They explained in detail what kind of surgery would be needed. Here, they recommended donated dermis. For costal cartilage, either donated or autologous was fine We talked about scheduling, and when I said I was thinking over a somewhat longer period, they said to think about it and contact them again (no pressure). Sedation anesthesia / swelling laser, injections, scar-tissue injections, sebum care, self-care kit If I write a review, the price is somewhat reasonable. I was quoted an event price And No consultation fee, but CT cost was 10,000 won. They took photos and then consultation The consultant was kind and seemed very confident in the director. The director came after finishing surgery and looked tired, but explained in detail. I hadn’t heard this at the previous places, but they said my nasal bone was crooked and talked about using a 3D custom-made implant If doing autologous costal cartilage, they provide an abdominal binder, saying compression is needed after surgery Local anesthesia, sedation anesthesia They said philtrum correction was needed. After adding this and that, this was the highest estimate I got I also brought up functional nose surgery, and they said to call my insurance company in advance on the condition of a 6-hour hospitalization.. Since peak season will probably start once the CSAT ends.. (and if it overlaps with university semester breaks too..) I’m wondering whether I should quickly put down a deposit for a good time slot first..^^ I’m desperate for this to be my last revision surgery.. Anyway, this was a short consultation review. I hope it helps everyone!
