I had Kozelko and nostril reduction, and the nostril-reduction scar was not noticeable even at the beginning, but now it is really not noticeable at all! It has been 6 months now~ At first, the tip of my nose felt stiff and I was worried, but now it moves around smoothly and I can do the pig-nose pose too.
