I wouldn't say the director's consultation felt extremely kind, but they carefully marked the line several times and did not recommend unnecessary surgery. However, since it was my first surgery, they recommended the buried suture method, but I had been told at another clinic that buried sutures could come undone, so I asked the director about the possibility of it loosening, but the answer was vague. I also asked about epicanthoplasty, and while shaping the look, they only said something like it depends on personal choice and personal preference. It felt like they were leaving it up to individual taste and choice, so I couldn't feel sure whether it would be good or not, and as someone who has trouble making decisions, I ended up thinking about it a lot. But! I do feel that if I do it here, they would handle aftercare carefully and would listen well to my opinions before and after surgery.
