This was my first breast surgery and I had a lower-incision procedure, but I have keloid-prone skin... so the scar was left very large. The size and shape are pretty, but I cannot even try the underboob style that is trendy these days because of the scar. I have spent more money on dermatology for the scar than on the surgery itself, it seems. I expected some scarring, but this is the ugliest surgical mark I have ever had.
