It was my first breast surgery, and I had an inframammary incision, but because I have keloid-prone skin... the scar was left really large. The size and shape are pretty, but I can't even try the underboob style that's popular these days because of the scar. I feel like the money I've poured into dermatology because of the scar is more than the surgery cost. I did expect some scarring, but among everything I've had done, this surgical scar is the ugliest.
