The director really kept moving quickly from one consultation to another, and the consultation time was around 5 minutes. The consultation manager only talked about the estimate, and that was it. The wait was 30 minutes, and the consultation took less than 5 minutes. They looked so busy, and because they looked so busy, I felt cautious about asking questions. They looked at my eyes and, from a doctor’s perspective, told me only exactly what was necessary.
