If the entire tip bridge extension, ear cartilage, and everything else are removed, will it still not collapse?

1st surgery around 2014 at an obscure Gangnam hospital that was cheap (no longer exists) Silicone, septal extension, nose tip ear cartilage graft 2nd surgery: pinched nose, witch-like look, ear cartilage visibility, mild contracture (I was naturally a button nose too) At the surgical hospital, they removed the silicone and some of the nose tip cartilage, saying if everything were removed it would collapse.. partial removal 3rd surgery: even then the nose tip was still high, and the artificial feeling was strong, so I searched again and had a procedure at [Clinic A] to remove more (again, because of financial pressure, I chose the cheapest option..) They said they would remove as much as possible because the support must not collapse, so they removed it, but it was still not enough.. Looking back, I also did not really understand the structure of the nose back then But after seeing the reviews here, [Clinic A] seems to have become one of the top 3 Actually, [Clinic A] is the only place that made the open incision crooked, so it is the place I least want to go to...... Anyway, time passed and I was living well, and then, although I knew it already, when an acquaintance brought up my nose story, the sadness and irritation I had forgotten came rushing back. I have consultations scheduled with [Clinic B] and [Clinic C], but is there anyone like me who had the first surgery method and then had everything fully removed after a long time? They kept saying it would collapse, so they only suggested partial removal, but thinking about it, all of them just suggested reconstruction or revision surgery, saying it would collapse no matter what. But looking at [Clinic B], they say full removal is possible??????????? Could I go back to a somewhat blunt and spread-out nose that has a pinched-nose feeling (my original nose..)?
