I’m planning to have the donated rib cartilage lengthening removed and then go with a plan to build support using ear cartilage or septal cartilage, but would it be better to make the support only with ear cartilage, or to build it with septal cartilage?
The hospital that suggested building support with septal cartilage said that if septal cartilage alone is difficult, they would take ear cartilage and reinforce it.
Since it’s the same kind of support, would septal cartilage feel much harder and create a much stronger foreign-body sensation...?
