Nose Re-Surgery

Real reviews only from people who had everything removed: [Clinic A], [Clinic B], [Clinic C], even the septal cartilage

My first nose surgery was a success. It has been almost 20 years now, and I have lived very well with no discomfort or side effects. But as I got older, my already thin skin got even thinner and started looking bruised. It does not hurt or anything, but I am an anxious person and I am scared, so I am considering full removal. Because my skin is thin, I am thinking about autologous dermis at most. If nasal contracture happens, it is so dangerous, and I really need this so badly... I am planning to go see [Clinic B] and [Clinic C] because they are said to be the top three, and [Clinic A] is where I had my first surgery. When I went there 8 years ago for the same issue, the chief surgeon was so kind in consultation, and even after all this time, the way he tried to take responsibility felt reliable. (And please do not suspect a broker: I really paid for the surgery myself, and this is not some event or promo thing.) At that time, the bruised look faded and went back to normal, so I did not need a revision. What worries me is that I cannot find a single review about full removal, so I am worried whether I should go to a clinic that specializes in removal. The cost is also stressful. Could someone please share a really real, honest review? T_T It has been a month since it started looking bruised, and I am getting so anxious wondering if it is inflammation or whether contracture will happen T_T
