I am going to lower the nasal tip while leaving only the cartilage support rod in place. In the first surgery, I only made a very slight columella lowering. But I also want to move the columella position back to my original nose. Then I would have to undo the knots on the support rod, dissect it, adjust the position, and tie it again, right? I am worried that the support rod I used before might get damaged and become unusable. Has anyone ever had the entire support rod dissected and then reused it? Since I had it done with ear cartilage, I really want to leave the ear side completely natural if possible T_T I am stressed about this right now haha
