I had ear cartilage strut removal, release of tied cartilage, and removal of autologous dermis from the nasal dorsum at one of the top 3. In conclusion, I'm 3 months post-op, but they didn't remove the autologous dermis from the nasal dorsum, so I think I'll have to open it again and remove it. I don't know if the removal was done incorrectly, but if 90 degrees is the columellar angle, the columella has bent to about 70 degrees and collapsed severely..
But when I say things like this, they say it's because of my original nose, original nose, original nose..
/At the consultation, they were so confident and said they could take me back to my original nose, so I thought I would go back to my original nose.. Even though there were bad reviews and other places, I thought it over and went through with it.
They said the bent columella was probably originally like that in my natural nose.. For everything that went wrong with the surgery, they said it was probably originally like that in my natural nose. Because they removed everything and restored it to my original nose, it couldn't have bent, and it must have originally been like that.. That was the answer I got back..
I'm just thinking about revision surgery, but it's so hard.. My first surgery also failed so badly that I wanted to remove everything and live comfortably..
