It’s now been almost 2 weeks since I had bulbous nose surgery. When I touch the nasal tip and the area around it (up to the middle of the nasal bridge), it feels more taut and firm than hard, if that makes sense. Compared with photos of my original nose, the tip was raised, so it does look subtly slimmer, but it’s not quite the feeling I had imagined... I had my stitches removed this week, and at that time the director said there was still swelling..
Could the part that feels taut and firm to me really be swelling?? Even when I ask the manager, she says I need to watch it for 6 months to 1 year. I’m just anxious for no reason. I’ve heard a lot from people around me that even if a bulbous nose is corrected, unless silicone is inserted, the result isn’t dramatic and revision surgery may be needed..
