This is my third rhinoplasty review lol

After <after surgery> Before <before surgery> My first surgery was 9 years ago, my second was 6 years ago, and this is my third I think I won't need to do it anymore. My stubborn bulbous nose is gone too, and my friends are telling me to stop now lol I'm so happy too because I feel like it changed without looking too obvious haha I went to a lot of consultations. I went to hospitals said to be famous and places that specialize in using autologous costal cartilage, but most hospitals said it would be hard for my bulbous nose to improve a lot I had also been told that my skin is a bit thicker than other people's, so I just went into it thinking this would be the last time, and as the swelling went down, I think it became much slimmer haha The director said he removed a lot of scar tissue inside my nose! But they say bulbous noses are really hard to get right in one surgery, and that the more times you do it, the better it gets, so maybe that's why it turned out well lol Anyway, I think it turned out well with nothing disappointing from the side or the front ^^
