I had revision eye surgery and rhinoplasty in early March, and already 3 months have just flown by. My first double eyelid surgery was almost 10 years ago, and it was a surgery I got when I was really young. As a long time passed, the line became loose, and when I woke up in the morning, one side would come undone or multiple double eyelid folds would often form, so I was thinking, ah, I should get it redone. At the same time, the filler I had gotten felt like it was spreading, so I had my nose operated on tooㅎㅎ
I’m saying it so casually, but I had a lot of worries and I tend to talk a lot, so I really thought hard about the clinic before deciding. The look I wanted was refreshing, sophisticated, and glamorous? I like that kind of vibe, so I looked at a lot of reviews, and when I had consultations, I chose a place that seemed able to satisfy the things I wanted to some extent. For my eyes, I had natural adhesion, and for my nose, I had silicone, septal cartilage, donated costal cartilage, and bulbous nose correction too~ For the eyes, they basically picked up the same spot again, so there isn’t a big difference in height or line. Instead, there’s no loose feeling, no feeling like it’s coming undone, and no more multiple double eyelid folds at all. My nose is definitely much more defined. I really think the nose makes a big difference in changing your image.
It feels completely different from filler, and when there was swelling, I wondered if I had been too greedy, but the major swelling has gone down, I’ve adjusted, and now it’s just exactly right. These days, of course I take a lot of selfies, but even photos that other people take of me from far away come out prettier than I expected. I think it’s because my features look more distinctㅎㅎㅎㅎㅎㅎ
Personally, even though recovery was genuinely hard for me, when looking only at the results, I really think it was worth doing. But it’s not like I don’t have friends around me who regretted getting plastic surgery, so I do think it’s right to decide carefully before getting it done..
