The director explained very clearly what was possible and what wasn’t. If something seemed unnecessary to him, he told me not to get the surgery. My nose is the kind of nose that would be hard to get a big result from even with surgery, and he explained things realistically without giving me pointless expectations, so I did trust him, but there wasn’t really much impact.
