The director explains clearly what can and cannot be done. If something seems unnecessary to them, they tell you not to do the surgery. My nose is the kind that would be hard to see a big effect from surgery anyway, and they explained it realistically without raising any pointless expectations, so I did trust them, but it did not leave a particularly strong impression.
