I had a consultation for chin augmentation surgery for a retruded chin. The consultation process itself was the same as at other hospitals. They took a CT scan, asked about my desired face shape, explained what kind of surgical approach would be good, and asked if I had any questions. The doctor takes a fairly conservative approach, but that is only to prevent side effects; within the range of what is possible, they still pursue the best possible result. Since they explain the side effects of each surgical technique in detail from the very beginning, I think this is definitely a place you should go for your first consultation.
