I had a consultation for chin-underbite surgery. The consultation process itself was the same as at other clinics. They took a CT scan, asked what face shape I wanted, explained how they would perform the surgery, and asked whether I had any questions. They take a very conservative approach, but only to the extent of preventing side effects; within the possible boundaries, they still aim for the best result. Because they explain the side effects of each procedure in detail from the very beginning, I think this is a place you should definitely visit for your first consultation.
