1: A pay doctor who isn’t even listed on the hospital website did not even explain the side effects in detail when starting orthodontic treatment, and delegated it to the consultant. 2: They said the orthodontic treatment would be finished in one year, but they did it for six years, caused my gums to recede, and even performed interproximal reduction, then denied that they had done it. After waiting, I asked for my medical records, and they said they couldn’t give them to me. So when I said a few things, they called the police and said they were so scared... You look scarier,,,,
3: One time, while visiting the hospital, I brushed my teeth as soon as I arrived, for more than 3 minutes, and during treatment when I talked about tooth sensitivity side effects and various things, they picked on me asking why I didn’t brush my teeth. So when I said I did, they accused me of lying,,, I was so dumbfounded that I said something, and they even asked the front desk staff whether xxx had taken a toothbrush to brush their teeth.
