I had facial contouring in my 5th month of orthodontic treatment, and thankfully they say orthodontics and facial contouring aren’t related. For anyone debating between the two, as long as it’s not double-jaw surgery, you should be able to do facial contouring after getting enough orthodontic treatment! One downside is that after facial contouring, the inside of your mouth swells a lot, and that swelling gets pressed down by the braces..?
