Her first surgery was about 15 years ago. Back then there weren’t really things like plastic surgery cafes like now, and she knew nothing about anything. She got it done at a neighborhood clinic after a recommendation from an acquaintance, so the results weren’t that good from the start... Because of the silicone, her midface looked longer than before the surgery, and the tip of her nose had been done with ear cartilage, but it gradually contracted and changed into a strange shape It was a hospital famous for revision rhinoplasty, so I took my mom there and asked whether her drooping nose could also be improved. They did a CT scan and checked her condition. They said there wasn’t as much adhesion as we had expected, so after letting the inflammation calm down a bit, they planned the revision surgery right away.. They removed all the remaining implant material and ear cartilage, and did it with a custom 3D implant and costal cartilage, and because they said the nasal skin was too thin and it might show through, they additionally reinforced it with temporal fascia. It hasn’t been long since the surgery, so there’s still a slight yellow bruise left, but they said it’ll fade quickly if she keeps walking a lot. If you’re worried about a botched nose surgery from a long time ago like my mom was, I really recommend Director Kim Guk-hyeon
