Before and after There is still plenty of swelling(?), but after taking off the splint, I liked the line, so I’m posting it~! It seems like rhinoplasty styles differ by clinic too, from natural to semi-dramatic to dramatic, and what I wanted was almost a very dramatic, bold nose look, so I kept searching only for places said to be good at autologous costal cartilage and went around to them.
When researching online, there were clinics where I thought, “Oh, this is the one,” but when I went in person they didn’t seem that special, so it took me a really long time to choose too. I asked them to shape my nasal tip somewhere between pointed and round, and even when I explained it strangely, Director Kim Jae-yoon understood everything lol. And he explains things really well too!
It was my first nose surgery, so it felt like I learned almost everything during the consultation, and what I liked most about the surgery was that the incision on the columella side was done very cleanly, so it bothers me less than I expected? Before surgery, I wanted to do it at a place that takes CT scans, and even though it was my first surgery, I liked that they first did CT imaging to check things like the nasal septum.
It will come down a bit more from here, but I’m satisfied because I think the drooping nasal tip has improved a lot haha. I really like the front view too, but it doesn’t show well in photos, so I only uploaded the side view. I think this place is really great for front-view results lol
