(+Short review of autologous costal cartilage) At first, autologous costal cartilage.. I heard it meant taking cartilage from the ribs, so I thought I absolutely couldn’t do it. But the consultant said not to worry because Director Park Jungyeol has a lot of experience harvesting cartilage, and they said this material prevents the nasal tip from drooping more than other materials, so I ended up using autologous costal cartilage. When I looked up surgery reviews, people said that with autologous costal cartilage, the rib incision site hurts more than the nose, so I was worried, but not at all..? It really didn’t hurt even a bit!! For anyone deciding on materials, please use this as a reference.
