I wanted a straight-to-slightly-curved line, so we used silicone for the bridge, and for the nasal tip, I had planned to use only septal cartilage, but they said my septal cartilage was on the smaller side, so it could possibly droop later, so I had the surgery with donated costal cartilage, and my nasal tip definitely became more defined haha
My low nasal bridge was also a concern, but honestly, my bulbous nose, hooked nose, and rhinitis were my biggest concerns. During the consultation, the director didn’t just add on all sorts of things, but recommended only what I really needed, and explained how the hooked nose, bulbous nose, and functional rhinoplasty would be handled in such an easy-to-understand way that it felt like I was listening to a YouTube lecture lol This was truly the only place that explained everything this thoroughly, seriously:)
Since I had surgery at the clinic whose consultation appealed to me the most, I guess it’s only natural that the result came out well, right? My rhinitis is completely gone now, so the nasal congestion and runny nose sniffles have totally disappeared, and my overall nose shape changed so beautifully that I can’t even remember what it looked like before surgery! Since I don’t have to retouch my nose in photos anymore, I really wonder why I only did this now!!
