I had a consultation for revision surgery for sausage eyelids and was recommended ptosis correction + double-line release. They explained what went wrong with my first surgery and answered the things I was curious about well. Since it was lowering the line, they said it would be hard to hold the line for me, but they explained as clearly as possible what the feeling would be like. They said that because the scar at the front of the eye is severe, there may be double creases as a side effect, and I liked that they were honest. I asked how much double creasing would form, and while holding the line for me, they showed me that it would form like this, and it seemed like it could be covered enough with makeup.
