I had a consultation for sausage-eye revision surgery and was recommended eye correction + double-line surgery. They explained what went wrong with the first surgery and answered my questions well. They said it would be hard to define a line because the line would be lowered, but they explained what it would look like as clearly as possible. They said there was a chance of a double fold as a side effect because the scar at the front was severe, but I was glad they were honest. I asked how much the double fold would form, and while drawing the line, they showed me that it would form like this, and it seemed like it could be sufficiently covered with makeup
