There was no waiting, and the consultation was on the friendly side, but the clinic was quiet and the surgical method seemed similar to other clinics, so I ended up not going. Still, the consultation manager handled things right away, and it felt clean. They recommended incisional revision eye surgery, and also recommended micro fat grafting above the eyes and dual canthoplasty.
