I had a consultation for revision surgery for sausage-like eyes, and although the director was a bit intimidating, they explained everything thoroughly and well. The waiting time was short, so about a 1-hour gap before a consultation at another clinic should be enough. They suggested ptosis correction + lowering the eyelid line, and said there would be slight overcorrection at first.
