About 2 years ago, I had surgery with silicone for the nasal bridge and septal cartilage for the nasal tip. My nose was small and low, but it became naturally higher, so I’m satisfied. If I don’t say I had surgery, no one knows at all. That’s how natural it is, and it turned out well without looking obvious. I think they also made the line well, just like the nose photo I wanted.
