I had surgery about two years ago using silicone for the bridge and septal cartilage for the tip of the nose. My nose was small and low, but it rose naturally, so I’m satisfied. If I don’t say I had surgery, no one can tell. It turned out so natural and hidden that it doesn’t look operated on at all. The line also seems to have come out just like the nose photo I wanted.
