After<front after surgery>Before<front before surgery>After Before After Before Even before surgery, my nose itself wasn’t bad, to the point that many people asked if I had had nose surgery, but nose filler or Hiko didn’t improve the bulbous nose and hump nose~~ It wasn’t a severe bulbous nose, but the nasal tip was slightly round and the nasal dorsum was asymmetric, so my nose had a fleshy look, and that’s why I decided on rhinoplasty.
Because I had clear improvement goals for rhinoplasty, I didn’t look at anything else and only searched for places good at hump noses and bulbous noses. In particular, among rhinoplasty reviews, I focused on clinics where the frontal view came out well. For clinic consultations, I looked into Director Kim Da-alm at Obliv Plastic Surgery, Director Jung Tae-young at Be The New Plastic Surgery, and Director Choo Sung-chul at D-Day Plastic Surgery. By my standards, all three were clinics good at bulbous nose surgery and hump nose surgery, and clinics whose results matched my style. The consultations were all really good too. The surgical methods differed a little, but I felt like it would go well no matter which of the three I chose. If anyone is worried about a bulbous nose or hump nose, look up rhinoplasty reviews for those three places and go for consultations too. There may be differences from person to person, but I think you’ll probably feel similarly. The one difference was that the surgery costs varied quite a lot. If even the costs hadn’t differed, it would have been so hard to choose one of the three that my head would have hurt.
That’s how I decided on D-Day Plastic Surgery. I had my nose filler (Hiko) removed one week before surgery and then had rhinoplasty. During the consultation with the director, we discussed implant-free rhinoplasty versus using thin silicone. The director recommended implant-free, while I wanted to use thin silicone because I was worried the hump would remain. In the end, I had surgery with 2.5 mm silicone, septal cartilage, and ear cartilage. I already had some bridge height, so it was more about refining it, but I wanted the nasal tip to look glamorous.
I don’t think I’m fully recovered yet. It’ll change more from how it looks now, right? I know the nose shape, especially the nasal tip, keeps changing. I also don’t think this is the final version. But I think the bulbous nose and hump nose have shown results to some extent, and at this level, I really think it became a successful rhinoplasty. I’ll keep watching it change and write another review later.
