I went for a consultation for a hooked nose and long face. They said I have a long face with a hump, and that my nose is also a bit long. I left without getting a detailed explanation of the CT scan.. They said the improvement after surgery would be minimal and my face could look even longer, and asked whether I could accept that. I had come for a rhinoplasty consultation to improve my long face.. They said that if I also did osteotomy, my face would look even longer and there would be no effect(?) I went around to 7 hospitals and this was the first time I heard that.. It felt like they were saying it for my sake, but I also got the feeling they were slightly avoiding it because the shape they pursue and want might not come out (subjective). Still, because the reviews were good, I thought about it until the end, but considering the direction and the director’s uneasy consultation content, I decided to pass on surgery. No matter how skilled a place is, I think the patient has to match the director’s direction and chemistry.. This place wasn’t a match for me.. bye bye
