The before-surgery photo is with a 6 mm implant in place (it went in about 1 mm because of bone erosion)
I had implant removal + 10 mm one-step advancement horizontal osteotomy, and around 2 weeks I thought it must just be swelling, but now it's been 1 month and 2 weeks, why is my chin like this?
They say it only looks natural after 3-6 months, but still, at one month the general result should be showing, and even if more swelling goes down from there, it would just be the slight puffiness going down, I don't think the chin itself will go back in or anything..
If I ask them to move it back again, will they do it? No matter how I look at it, it seems way too protruded, ha....
