The doctor not only thoroughly explained what he knew and judged with professionalism, but also listened to my story carefully (he actively encouraged me to say everything I wanted to say). I liked that he did not speak as if scolding me about what I said, and instead explained sufficiently why something was possible or not possible. He suggested slightly lowering the nasal tip (after correcting the nasal tip with a columellar strut) and raising the nasal bridge, and he also explained silicone-related side effects thoroughly. He said that for aftercare, inflammation-related issues are covered within 1 year, but dissatisfaction with the shape is not. He also told me that the material suitable for my nose (how many mm of silicone? whether septal cartilage or ear cartilage) would only be known after opening it in the operating room.
