After the CT scan, I was able to meet the director right away. Seeing how the consultant properly explained what kind of nose shape I wanted and how the surgery could be done so I could get the nose shape I wanted, I think I definitely felt they had expertise. The director also did not explain things vaguely or roughly, but told me what materials there are, the pros and cons of each material, and in my case, which material would be good to add for the surgery, one by one, which I liked. They looked after me better than I expected, so I did not feel like my time was wasted.
