The consultation is definitely with the manager. It seems consultation with the director is not possible. The manager checked my eye line and said my eyes need fat grafting, and that this clinic does not do fat grafting, so surgery was not possible. I had heard that this clinic refuses eyes that seem likely to fail or turn out poorly, and it was true. I also think the reason they do not do fat grafting may be because there are risks, so they may not do it at all.
