I really liked the surgical method, so I researched a lot and had a consultation with the director, but honestly, it didn’t feel completely satisfying. Even when I tried to talk about what shape I wanted, he said it would be better for the nasal tip to be higher than my nasal dorsum, and I thought that must mean he pursues that much naturalness. Maybe because I want improvement rather than a total transformation, I actually trusted him more, and through a second consultation, I was able to settle my mind to some extent about the explanations that had felt lacking. I’m 95% decided on having revision surgery here, and the reason I’m still debating the remaining 5% is because I’m tempted to make it a little more glamorous since I’m doing it anyway
