It's factory-like so I didn't have high expectations, but the value is good. Things like toning or Botox that don't require much doctor involvement are cheap, so I go there for that. If I want to ask about anything extra, I can only talk to the manager. But even when I ask questions, the expertise seems lacking. I wanted a doctor consultation, but they said the doctor can only be seen during procedures and isn't available for consultations lol The doctors aren't even listed on the website, so I really do wonder whether the specialists are actually real T_T
