I had a consultation after a friend recommended it, but it didn’t feel professional. Still, the reason I got the membership was that, compared with other places, they didn’t give me an excessive estimate, and they said I should do things one by one and shouldn’t get greedy by listing all sorts of procedures from the start, so that felt trustworthy. Even so, the reasons I gave a low rating are 1. I couldn’t consult with a doctor 2. They should at least make some kind of plan for what I need right now, but I couldn’t get any information 3.
