I researched the surgery method a lot and consulted with the director because I liked it so much, but honestly it did not feel particularly refreshing. Even when I tried to explain what kind of shape I wanted, they kept saying it was better to make the tip of the nose higher than the bridge of my nose, so I felt they really were pursuing naturalness. I wanted improvement rather than a total transformation, so that actually made me trust them more, And with a second consultation I was able to settle my mind somewhat about the parts that had not been fully explained. I was 95 percent set on having a revision surgery here, but the 5 percent that still makes me hesitate is just a greed for maybe something a little more glamorous since I am already doing it.
