Because my midface is long, my overall impression subtly looks older, so out of curiosity I went for a consultation thinking philtrum reduction could refine the feeling of my midface, and it was interesting. It felt like they improve the mouth shape naturally by working overall on the inside and outside of the mouth area, so the surgery seemed less burdensome. It seemed like they measured and checked each ratio one by one so that the proportion between the nose and lips would suit the feel of the face, which was fascinating and also really interesting.
