My middle face was long, so I had an oddly aged look, and out of curiosity I went for a consultation because I thought I might be able to improve the philtrum reduction and the overall middle-face impression. It was surprising. They touched the inside and outside of the mouth overall to naturally improve the shape of the mouth, so the surgery seemed less burdensome. They seemed to measure and check the ratio between the nose and lips, and match it to the overall face impression, one by one. It was surprising, and surprisingly so again.
