Chaotic. Even though I had made an appointment, the wait was long. I was swayed by the director’s confidence. It was revision facial contouring surgery, so I was puzzled when they said it could also be done under sedation anesthesia. There was pressure to make a reservation. They showed a lot of confidence about the surgery, so I was quite tempted. I ended up passing because this place was mentioned during consultations at other hospitals. But when I talked about this place at another hospital, it did feel like they were lying.
